I was in a time crunch and ordered online. They got the flowers to my mom looking great and she loved them. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll use them again.

The employee who took my order was very kind and helpful. I wanted the flowers delivered that day and I was excited to hear that they were delivered within two hours from the time I placed the order. Thank you for your excellent service! Update: The flowers were dying by the next day and were nearly all dead by day three.

My son picked out his corsage online and handed his phone to his dad to pay. Well, come pick up time, within a half hour until closing on a prom day; and they didn’t have my order. The lady was so nice and helpful. While I am checking to see if I have the email or receipt she is handing me a list of photos to pick out a corsage. She says we can just hurry and make one and not to worry, I’d have a corsage for my son’s date. She was so sweet and reassuring. It ended up being our fault but they made sure our order was fulfilled. The service was incredible. I left within 20 minutes with a beautiful corsage. Excellent customer service, beautiful work and making sure that my child’s special occasion was just that, special. Floral Expressions is amazing and I will use them for all future dances.

Having my bridal bouquet designed here was a fantastic experience. I love that we had a consultation where I could explain my vision for the bouquet, colors and flowers I wanted. The final result was even better that I imagined. I loved the quality, the smell and the composition. Thank you for making my vision come to life and the wonderful customer service!

The whole process was extremely easy. The arrangement was as depicted, the part where they send you a picture of the exact arrangement is fantastic. Us as consumers always wonder how these will turn out. So sending over a picture is a wonderful idea. Will definitely be using y'all again for any future purchases and will absolutely be recommending to others!
